Can't speak highly enough of the communication and expedient process that I have just received from Oliver and the team. Upon missing my original phone call due to being on the tools I got a call back within an hour. Within 24 hours a had a new chlorinator installed, green pool treated and recommendations on maintenance. Unlike some other company the communication was equally matched by the service and honesty. Can't recommend or thank them enough.

I had guest coming and my pool was definitely not up for showing let alone swimming, I called around and was knocked back (i wont mention other companies). On the first call to Trueblue pools they were friendly to deal with, coming out to my house 1 week ahead of my guest lunch. They had our pool in perfect swimming condition and set us up with a top of the range pool cleaning robot.They also were super informative and great with my dogs. 5 stars from us.

Very impressed with the responsiveness of Oliver. My solar heating was not working so I asked for that to be fixed plus a check of our filtration system. Upgraded to a new naked system and the pool is clear and the heating is working. Very happy.

Amazingly helpful. Purchased a Dolphin M600. Fantastic product! Came out and setup for me and gave clear instructions on how to use it! Can’t recommend enough. Also gave help on chemical balance, filters and pumps. I have have used them for 2 1/2 years. Very helpful. Always gives great advice. Pool never clearer and cleaner!

We have just had our overhauled by Oliver + the great team at True Blue. They installed 2x Boss hail resistant solar heating systems, joined in Parallel. The new Naked Water system from the Australian Queensland company - uses the least amount of chlorine to keep the pool safe - less than salt or mineral. Variable speed pumps (save 70% energy) a Dontech wifi pool automations controller - uses the new solar first, then the heat pump second if the roof is too cold and the pool is under temperature within a scheduled time. They also did a full black piping system with black sand filter + glass media. The entire process was quick, simple and full of solutions to whatever crazy request I gave them.
